They are not viruses. They are code that want to track your interests so you can be sold something, or they are just interested in collecting date on you computer. Delete them.

They are snoopers. A virus, on the other hand, is dangerous code which has the purpose of using your computer for its own interests or destroying your drive.

Quarentine is where you can isolate programs you are not sure are Malware. This allows you to research them first. If you are positive it is malware the delete them immediatly.
you should not even put them in quarantine...you don't have to delete them but i would strongly recommend it
