Myspace does not give you viruses...

Thats like saying GUNS kill people, it isnt the guns that kill people, its the people using the guns.

Myspace does not give you a virus... However some people on myspace make FAKE profiles, and they go around adding thousands of people to their buddy list...

So that when you log in, you will see a friend request, you will click them to find out who they are, and their profile will say something like ''IN order to veiw this profile, you must download this Viewer''...

The so called Viewer, IS a trojan virus. They do that so they can steal other peoples myspace accounts...

YOU CANNOT GET viruses from MY SPACE IF YOU...

#1 Dont add people you dont know, ignore people who add you that you do not know.

#2 Dont download ANY FILE on ANYONES profile in myspace EVER... Not even if its your friends profile...

Thats pretty much it... Myspace is safe other than that.

People only get viruses, if they download them, and click yes or run the file they downloaded...

You dont just get viruses by being on the web in general.
