Norton Internet Security obviously doesn't... spybot found them and supposedly deleted them but I still get warning screens about them from Norton....

download the newest windows update. That's what happens if you don't. It's not a bug, just some malfunction with your processor.
I personally don't like Norton because from my experience it never helped. Also it slowed down my computer tremendously. Also I heard that if Norton goes haywire it will mess up your whole computer. I use the sbc yahoo online protection. And ive never had any trouble.
