My Website Forum has been hacked/been infected with a bug?

Just how do people go about by doing this? :( And how can i stop it?

Which bug is on your site?

Most websites have HTML (text) and images such as .jpg or .gif files. These may be altered but don't carry infections.

Fancier sites have .asp (Microsoft programming language) programs which CAN carry bugs. Fortunately, better programmers use Java, Javascript and more secure tools

The only way to stop it, really, is to delete your board/site, and start over =( I`m not too sure of HOW people do this.
