What if anyting am i supposed to do with viruses detected by my anti-virus.?

my norton scans daily, however, i haven't received messages or alerts about threats found. i discovered there are some files in the threat alert file and the list shows actions taken, such as, blocked, or no action taken. am i supposed to manually revove or delete these files? i searched the nav website but couldn't find the answer. any suggestions?

Norton has had alot of problems lately, I would recommend that you uninstall it with Add/Remove programs, then download %26 run:
